Administrative Assistant HR & Customer Service

Reports To: The Administrative Assistant HR & Customer Service will report to the Human Resources Manager.

Status: Full-Time, Hourly

Pay Rate: $15.00

Shift Time: Flexible (Needs to have open Availability)

Job Overview: This position would manage the training aspect of our company with guidance from our Human Resources Manager. They would be responsible for assisting our customer service department with printing labels and assisting customers when needed. This position would also assist the Human Resources Manager with administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist the HRM in the creation and implementation of new policies and special projects.
  • Conduct audits and report findings.
  • Perform administrative tasks
  • Documentation and take phone calls.
  • Serve as an employee resource.
  • Promotes a positive culture.
  • Supports and improves best practices.
  • Answer customer questions
  • Print labels for our large variety of products
  • Facilitate employee training using our CBT (Computer Based Training) software
  • Manage our training compliance dashboard

Qualifications:

  • Personable and an effective communicator – Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • A versatile team player – Our team works hard to support customers and each other.
  • A researcher – If they don’t have the answers, they’ll know how to find them.
  • A critical thinker – Ability to problem solve unique situations as they may arise.
  • Technology savvy – Has a strong knowledge base of Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel.
